The Full Associate The Full Associate is our more complete Associate program. While there is more commitment on your part, your earning potential increases beyond the Basic Associate level. Sure, there might be a bit more work, but your job satisfaction and compensation are commensurate with your effort and performance. This is definitely a step up from the Basic Associate. At this stage the Associate will not only sell TFL programs and refer them to the corporation for monitoring and guidance, but will organize local support groups and hold meetings. They will invest in the basics of the program (HRM, book, literature, BF scale, etc + $750 restricted license fee). If the basic Associate wishes to upgrade to Associate he will pay a $250 fee. This fee allows them and an immediate family member to participate in the web based program (the family member will have to buy a HRM and book). They will independently market the program and receive a 10% commission on all referral sales. This Associate is also able to recruit other Associates, Basic Associates, Basic Licensees and Licensees, receiving a 5% commission on licensing fees for those directly recruited as well as a 2% commission on directly recruited Associate and Basic Associate sales and .5% of directly recruited basic licensees and licensees. *Here's an idea of what you will experience... You and a family member will participate in our web based program ($1900 value) Think of the same circle of friends from the Basic Associate program. That will now generate $1,265/month in income. If 3 of those 10 decide to become Basic Associates, you now receive an additional $75 commission on their license fee. If another 2 of the 10 become full associates, that's an additional $150 license fee commission. You will also receive 2% of their sales, which if they do as well as you that could mean an additional $2530. That is roughly $4020/month! All happening while you are getting healthy and losing weight! What could be better? If you enroll a Fitness professional or Physician as a Basic or Full Licensee your commissions could be even higher, as their potential sales will be in excess of $500,000/year, and their license fees are greater. Licensees and Basic Licensees and Associates with annual sales over $200,000 directly, plus $200,000 from recruits are also eligible for TFL Business Systems , Inc. stock options.
