The 20 Question Readiness Challenge

5. I am prepared to journal my food intake and exercise expenditure and realistically look at and take responsibility for my actions or inactions.

I am willing to honestly confront others and myself with regards to my weight loss.

9. I know that if I donít do something about my weight NOW my health is going to deteriorate.
10. I am willing to stop lying to myself and making excuses for my being overweight and take responsibility for it.
11. I am willing to look realistically at my past behavior as it relates to my weight loss efforts and accept responsibility for my failures.
12. I am willing to use the methods outlined in the Tri-for-Life program exactly as outlined.
13. I am willing to dedicate 3-5 hours per week to focused exercise.
14. I am willing to make meal and preparation requests when I go out to eat.
15. I am willing to NOT make excuses as to why I canít exercise when I should or eat the correct way each day.
16. I am willing to spend 15-30 minutes each day thinking about and preparing for the next dayís meal and exercise requirements.
17. I am willing to make my health and my weight a top priority.
18. I am willing to change as many aspects of my lifestyle that is necessary in order to achieve success.
19. I am willing to take at least 3 actions steps every day in my quest for better health and weight loss. 
20. I am willing to not quit and revert back to my old ways.
